Steel Blue has been named one of Australia’s Top 10 Best Places to Work for 2025 by The Australian, placing in the Medium Business category.
This nationwide survey recognises employers who consistently deliver outstanding employee experience and wellbeing.

How the awards work
The Australian partnered with employee experience platform WorkL to identify the country’s top workplaces using a science-backed engagement survey. The questions are built around six key drivers of employee satisfaction:
- Reward and recognition
- Instilling pride
- Information sharing
- Empowerment
- Wellbeing
- Job satisfaction
To earn a high engagement score, companies must perform strongly across all six areas.
