Reconciliation Action Plans or RAPs provide a framework for organisations to leverage their structures and influence to support the national reconciliation movement.
The program’s potential for impact is greater than ever as Steel Blue joins a network of more than 1,100 organisations that have made a formal commitment to reconciliation through the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) program. The four RAP types, Reflect, Innovate, Stretch and Elevate allow RAP partners to continuously develop and strengthen reconciliation commitments in new ways.
Our plan has been officially endorsed as a Reflect RAP which will lay the foundations for future RAPs and initiatives. It aims to achieve cultural awareness & education for employees and our business community, inclusive recruitment practices and partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and businesses for mutual success.
