The Southern Cross® Zip is a Men’s 150mm ankle high work boot with an Industrial Grade Zipper for easy on and easy off at the end of the work day. Made from premium Water Resistant Leather, the Southern Cross® Zip features a Steel Toe Cap, low cut scalloped collar for ease of movement and our new look Scuff Cap.
Available in Sand, Slate or Black premium Leather.
All Steel Blue safety boots include Trisole® Comfort Technology which has been designed to cushion feet, knees, hips and the lower back from day-to-day fatigue.

They obtain their leather exclusively from tanneries that are members of the Leather Working Group (LWG), ensuring adherence to stringent environmental standards. As of 2024, 90% of their leather comes from top-rated suppliers, with a goal to source exclusively from LWG Gold-rated tanneries by 2025. Ortho Rebound® Footbed
Our Ortho Rebound® Footbed is uniquely designed to mould to the exact shape of your foot, supporting your arch and reducing foot fatigue.

Strategically placed high-tech Poron® pads are placed in the sole and under your foot’s peak stress areas. We included Poron® in our Trisole® Comfort Technology, which is now the benchmark for safety boots.
Scuff Cap
An abrasion resistant, streamlined toe cover that covers more of the boot.
Slip & Oil Resistance
All Steel Blue footwear is designed to exceed the Slip resistance requirement in both the AS 2210.3 and EN ISO 20345. Our boots are rated as SRC which means that the footwear has been tested in laboratory conditions on both a ceramic tile floor with a Sodium Laureth Sulfate solution (SLS) and on a steel floor with Glycerine.
