The Jarrah is a 170mm Men’s galosh style, Lace Up safety boots with padded collar and bellows tongue.
Including a Nitrile Outsole that is heat resistant to 300° Celsius and a 200 joule Steel Toe Cap, the Jarrah is a popular choice for Rig Workers, Refinery Workers and Farmers.
Crafted from TECtuff®Leather, the Jarrah offers Chemical Resistant properties and is stitched with strong, heat resistant Kevlar® aramid fibre thread.
Our TECtuff® Leather Boots, have been tested and are compliant with the ISO Standard 13832-2. The boots are tested based on exposure to Sodium Hydroxide 30% and Sulphuric Acid 90%. Anti-Static
Prevents the build-up of static electricity within your body by dissipating it through the sole.
Baltico® Lining
A soft, non-abrasive, hydrophobic material that wicks perspiration away from the foot, enabling the skin to remain cool and dry.
Chemical Resistant
Boots that have Kevlar® threads and are resistant against caustic soda and sulphuric acid.
Kevlar® Thread
These boots are stitched with strong, heat resistant Kevlar® aramid fibre thread which is five times stronger than steel (weight for weight), and tolerates heat and sparks better than conventional threads.
Lace Up
A classic fastening for snug, well-fitting work boots.
Leather
Boots made from high quality, long-lasting leather, including Nubuck, Full-Grain, TECtuff®, Suede and more.
Nitrile Outsole
With heat resistance to 300°C, safety boots with Steel Blue’s Nitrile Outsole are great for working in very hot conditions.
Non-Corrosive Eyelets
These eyelets have been constructed to outlast standard eyelets, which can weaken with corrosive materials.
Ortho Rebound® Footbed
Our Ortho Rebound® Footbed is uniquely designed to mould to the exact shape of your foot, supporting your arch and reducing foot fatigue.
Poron®
Strategically placed high-tech Poron® pads are placed in the sole and under your foot’s peak stress areas. We included Poron® in our Trisole® Comfort Technology, which is now the benchmark for safety boots.
Slip & Oil Resistance
All Steel Blue footwear is designed to exceed the Slip resistance requirement in both the AS 2210.3 and EN ISO 20345. Our boots are rated as SRC which means that the footwear has been tested in laboratory conditions on both a ceramic tile floor with a Sodium Laureth Sulfate solution (SLS) and on a steel floor with Glycerine.

TECtuff® Leather
As the name suggests, TECtuff® is a durable, coated Leather that is treated during the tanning process to repel contaminants and provide extra chemical resistance.
