To make a claim, you’ll need:

If approved, you may receive from the place of purchase:

• A replacement pair of equal value, or

• A full refund to the same value

6-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

Steel Blue boots are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, you’ll need:

• Details from the boots (see below)

If approved, you may receive from the place of purchase:

• A replacement pair of equal value, or

How to Lodge a Warranty or Comfort Claim
