An extra thick Ortho Rebound® insole offers additional support and cushioning for your feet, knees, hips, and lower back. With PORON® in the key strike zones under the ball of your foot and the heel, these boots will stay comfort all day. Say goodbye to day-to-day fatigue.

Western Style:

The Steel Blue- Blue Heeler Met is the first of its kind and the only direct injected square toe met boot. The premium leather heel slip allows your foot to slide into the boot with ease. With an internal polyurethane metatarsal guard to protect the top of your foot, these boots were made for work from start to finish.

Safety Technology:

The Steel Blue- Blue Heeler Met maintains the safety features expected from the Steel Blue range: 200J Steel Toe Cap for supreme toe protection. Durable TPU Outsole with heat resistance up to 266°F. The Trisole® Comfort Technology cushions feet, knees, hips, and lower back, reducing day-to-day fatigue.

Premium Leather:

Crafted from ethically and environmentally sourced premium leather. The leather is both durable and supple, aiding in a quicker break-in time for comfort from day one.

Ortho Rebound® Footbed

Our patented Ortho Rebound® Footbed is uniquely designed to reduce foot fatigue. Made from high quality Polyurethane, it always retains its shape and thickness to ensure support from heel to toe, is antifungal, and the high wicking material keeps your feet cool and dry.

Ortho Rebound® Insole - Square Toe

Our patented Ortho Rebound® Insole is uniquely designed to reduce foot fatigue. Made from high quality Polyurethane, it always retains its shape and thickness to ensure support from heel to toe, is antifungal, and the high wicking material keeps your feet cool and dry. The extra thick, full-length insole ensures knees, hips and back are cushioned best, while the S-shaped “auxetic” design in the heel reduces shock and absorbs impact.

Poron®

Strategically placed high-tech Poron® pads are placed in the sole and under your foot’s peak stress areas. We included Poron® in our Trisole® Comfort Technology, which is now the benchmark for safety boots.

Waterproof Elastic Gusset

For easier on and off, a Waterproof Elasticated Gusset has been included on the inside of the leg seam which reduces stress on the premium leather and improves foot entry for ultimate comfort.

TPU Outsole

A durable Outsole, providing a high tolerance against cuts, abrasion, splitting and cracking, as well as a high resistance to most oils and chemicals.

Our standard durable outsole with heat resistance to 266°F. TPU Outsoles offer 0.40 Slip Resistance in accordance with the F2913-11 Coefficient of Friction Forward Flat Slip Oily & Wet Test.
