The Steel Blue – Blue Heeler is a men’s Western-style safety boot designed to deliver superior comfort and protection with advanced boot technology. Featuring the ErgoDefender™ Square Toe, this boot offers a wide toe box for improved comfort and natural toe movement.
Crafted from premium Distressed Brown-colored cowhide leather, the Blue Heeler delivers durability with minimal break-in time, ensuring comfort right from the first wear. An elastic gusset along the inside leg seam and makes it easy to put on and take off while reducing material stress for lasting durability.
Safety is a priority with the Blue Heeler, which comes equipped with a 200-joule safety Steel Toe Cap (ErgoDefender™) for exceptional toe protection. Additional comfort is provided by a full-length, extra-thick Ortho Rebound® insole that cushions and supports the knees, hips, and back, while the auxetic heel design absorbs impact and reduces shock.
The Blue Heeler is lightweight, flexible, and waterproof (with full waterproofing membrane), with a sole featuring our Trisole® Comfort Technology, electrical hazard resistance, heat resistance up to 266°F, and a 0.37 slip resistance rating according to the F2913-11 Slip Test on oily and wet surfaces. Every pair comes with a 60-Day 100% Comfort Guarantee, ensuring maximum cushioning for your feet, knees, hips, and lower back against daily fatigue.
Available in Medium (M) and Wide (W) fit options, Blue Heeler safety boots are independently certified to meet major international safety standards, including the American Standard ASTM F2413.

Ortho Rebound® Insole - Square Toe
Our patented Ortho Rebound® Insole is uniquely designed to reduce foot fatigue. Made from high quality Polyurethane, it always retains its shape and thickness to ensure support from heel to toe, is antifungal, and the high wicking material keeps your feet cool and dry. The extra thick, full-length insole ensures knees, hips and back are cushioned best, while the S-shaped “auxetic” design in the heel reduces shock and absorbs impact.
Poron®
Strategically placed high-tech Poron® pads are placed in the sole and under your foot’s peak stress areas. We included Poron® in our Trisole® Comfort Technology, which is now the benchmark for safety boots.
Waterproof Elastic Gusset
For easier on and off, a Waterproof Elasticated Gusset has been included on the inside of the leg seam which reduces stress on the premium leather and improves foot entry for ultimate comfort.
TPU Outsole
A durable Outsole, providing a high tolerance against cuts, abrasion, splitting and cracking, as well as a high resistance to most oils and chemicals.
