The Argyle Scuff Brown is a 6-inch men’s lace-up ankle boot designed with a padded collar and tongue for added comfort. A favorite among hunting, outdoor, and rail workers. This safety boot features a 200-joule Steel Toe Cap (ErgoDefender™) for superior toe protection. Thoroughly tested for corrosion, impact compression, and precise internal dimensions, the ErgoDefender™ ensures comprehensive coverage while remaining discreet until it’s needed.
Crafted from premium, distressed top grain, waterproof leather, the Argyle Scuff Brown boot offers exceptional durability and reduced break-in time, thanks to its supple top-grain cowhide leather construction. This ensures comfort from the very first wear. The full waterproof membrane makes the Argyle Scuff fully waterproof.
The rugged TPU outsole provides heat resistance up to 266°F, along with electrical hazard and slip-resistant properties, and is engineered to perform in freezing conditions.
Available in Medium (M) sizes up to 17 and Wide (W) sizes from 8 to 14, Steel Blue Argyle Scuff Boots are independently certified to meet major international safety standards, including the American Standard ASTM F2413.

Our patented Ortho Rebound® Footbed is uniquely designed to reduce foot fatigue. Made from high quality Polyurethane, it always retains its shape and thickness to ensure support from heel to toe, is antifungal, and the high wicking material keeps your feet cool and dry.
Poron®
Strategically placed high-tech Poron® pads are placed in the sole and under your foot’s peak stress areas. We included Poron® in our Trisole® Comfort Technology, which is now the benchmark for safety boots.
TPU Outsole
A durable Outsole, providing a high tolerance against cuts, abrasion, splitting and cracking, as well as a high resistance to most oils and chemicals.
Fastening - Lace
