Through an active Employee Engagement Committee, we regularly host staff events, celebrate successes, communicate regularly and provide our employees with an opportunity to provide feedback on their engagement at work and ideas for improvement.

Steel Blue is proud to offer a third party Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides professional, confidential coaching and support for employees, and their family members.

The confidential support service allows employees or their family members to seek further information and support when facing physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing, social or financial challenges.
