Should you need to, claiming our 100% Comfort Guarantee is easy. Just take a copy of your proof of purchase to the Authorised Distributor that you purchased from so that they can assess your boots and provide you with a refund.
Claiming our 6-Month Manufacturing Warranty
When you’re good at your craft, you guarantee the quality of your work. We take the same approach. Our premium quality materials and manufacturing technology ensure your work boots are built to last. However, if you do have a manufacturing issue with your footwear our Six Month Manufacturer’s Warranty will ensure your boots are refunded if they’ve been correctly fitted and maintained in accordance with our policy.
To make a warranty claim, return your boots to the Authorised Distributor that you purchased them from within 6 months of purchase and with your proof of purchase.
