Steel Blue and Clontarf Foundation: Empowering Futures Together

Steel Blue and Clontarf Foundation Event

Steel Blue has proudly supported the Clontarf Foundation for the past five years. This partnership reflects Steel Blue’s commitment to be an active member of the communities it belongs to.

The Clontarf Foundation is dedicated to improving the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem, and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and by doing so equips them to participate more meaningfully into society.

Five years of community and social impact

Clontarf’s programme delivers a diverse range of benefits to students, schools, and the communities involved. The impact of Clontarf has achieved:

  • Improved school, post-school education and employment outcomes
  • Improved health and well-being
  • Greater social bonds and positive exposure to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians

Partnerships Manager Doug Harris mentioned, “Partnering with organisations like Steel Blue plays an important role in investing in the future of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, allowing them to not only better their own lives but also benefit local and broader communities.” Every dollar invested in Clontarf generates $4.70 in benefits for its participants and the broader community.

“Steel Blue is committed to long-term partnerships that help our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community,” said Ross Fitzgerald, Steel Blue Founder and Chief Sales Officer. “We are proud to associate with organisations that positively impact our local communities.”

“By supporting local organisations like Clontarf, the Stephen Michael Foundation and Swan Districts Football Club, we can help make our communities a better place to be.”
